Big drop contained by heart rate after starting medication?

I started an antidepressant Lexapro for my Panic Disorder about a week and a partially ago, and my heart rate went from 102 beat per minute down to 72...is this a good entity? Should I be worried at all?
thankfulness
Well, you went from a tachycardia to a common rate. I guess the first question is how are you idea? are you still stressed out and feeling hysterics attacks? If not, then that could side for the drop back to everyday, as stress and panic will bump up the heart rate due to epinephrine release.
I would still call your doctor and discuss this in recent times to be on the safe side.
Depends if you be at 102 beats per minute resting rate and if you be 72 isn't bad its sick for your heart to be that high resting.
